The Story Behind Viking Remedies: Why I Built a Brand I'd Trust With My Own Family's Health
Every industry has a trust problem waiting to be solved. In supplements, it's this: too many labels promise more than they deliver, and too few brands are willing to show their working.
My mission has always been simple — to help people live healthier, more vibrant lives, through products that are honest about what's actually inside them. I believe that real wellbeing starts with trust, and trust only means something if you can prove it. That belief is the entire reason Viking Remedies exists.
Where It Started
The supplement industry, more than most, runs on trust that's rarely earned. Walk down any wellness aisle — or scroll any Instagram ad — and you'll see bold claims sitting on top of vague ingredient lists, unclear sourcing, and formulas padded with fillers nobody asked for.
I wanted to build something different. Not a brand that shouts the loudest, but one that could stand behind every claim on its label — because the sourcing, the testing, and the manufacturing process could actually prove it.
The name Viking Remedies wasn't chosen lightly, either. It's a nod to Norse resilience — the idea that ageing doesn't have to mean slowing down, and that vitality is something you can actively protect, not just hope for.
Built on Standards, Not Shortcuts
Viking Remedies is a UK-based brand, dispatched from right here in Edinburgh, working with certified manufacturing partners across Sweden, the UK, and the USA — every facility GMP-certified, HACCP-compliant, and FDA-registered. That's not marketing language. It's a deliberate, and often more expensive, choice to manufacture properly rather than cheaply.
Every formula we release is non-GMO, filler-free, and lab-tested before it reaches a single customer. We don't add ingredients to pad a label, and we don't compromise on sourcing to protect a margin. If it isn't something I'd give to my own family, it doesn't carry the Viking Remedies name.

Why It Matters to Me Personally
Health isn't a category you can afford to get wrong. A supplement that underdelivers — or worse, hides what's really in it — affects someone's wellbeing, sometimes at a point in their life when they need support the most.
That responsibility shapes every decision we make, from which manufacturing partner we choose to which ingredients make it into a formula. My role isn't to be the loudest voice in the room. It's to make sure that when someone trusts us with their health, that trust is never misplaced.
I'll be honest — I'm not a clinician or a scientist by training. I'm someone who has built this brand around surrounding myself with the right manufacturing partners, the right testing standards, and the right compliance bar, because I believe that's what real accountability in natural health looks like.
